General Fitness Related FAQ’s
Bring with you a • Water Bottle (or we have bottles of water for sale at reception) • Towel • Gloves (if you have them, otherwise we have rental gloves available for your first session • Footwear is not permitted inside the gym training area • A bag is advisable as we do not have lockers at this stage.
Our Muaythai Fitness Classes or our 6pm Muaythai Classes bot cater for all levels. First time students are taken through the basic fundamentals of Muaythai in their first session by one of our experience instructors.
Urban Fight Gym’s Head Trainer is Richard Walsh. Richard has over 24 years experience in Muaythai, is a retired fighter with over 30 fights to his name and many titles. The wealth of knowledge and experience Richie brings to our classes is world class.
