Join in our Monthly Challenges. This month is – KICK CHALLENGE month. Follow the program below at home or come to our 6pm or 7pm Muaythai Classes to participate with the rest of the team! View timetable

The schedule below gives you the number repetitions PER LEG. Happy Kicking!

 

Day 1 10  Eg; Day 1 would mean you do 10 kicks with your left leg followed by 10 kicks with your right leg Day 16 35
